PETER HEEGER

  Peter is a Chartered accountant and registered auditor.He is a member of both SAICA and IRBA. He spent a number of years in the audit profession and was formerly the Financial Manager in the textile and retail industry. He is currently a board member of Garden Cities NPC and an ex director of the WP Cricket (Pty) Limited.

    YOUNAID WAJA

Younaid is a Chartered Accountant and holds an H Dip Tax Law from Wits. He is a member of SAICA, the IOD, ABASA, BBC and a former member of SAICA tax committee, Income Tax special court and former chairman of PAAB (IRB).Previously he served as executive chairman of APF Chartered accountants. Currently he sits on the board of various companies. He is an ex director of the PIC, Pareto, Telkom and Real Africa Holdings, and the Automotive Industry Development Centre SOC Ltd, amongst others.

    ATHOL RHODA

Athol is a Chartered Accountant and a member of SAICA. Previously he was ; the Head of Finance for the South Africa operations of major mining multinational, the Managing Director of leading international financial services company in South Africa and also a Director in the Corporate Finance division of a big South African Bank, amongst others. 

   STEPHEN DIETRICH

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant and a member of SAICA. He is the ex Financial Director of De Beers Consolidated Mines. He currently sits on the board of Rockwell and has previously served on the main board of JRA and SAPO, amongst others. He previously served as chairperson and trustee on the De Beers Pension Fund and De Beers Benefit Society.  He has also served on various SAICA committees.
